About Us Active Global Home & Community Care is a leading provider of holistic, professional, and affordable home and community-based eldercare services. Established in 2012 to meet the increasing demand for home-based care in Asia, Active Global provides live-in caregivers for elderly people with complex medical conditions. Appointed by the Ministry of Health in Singapore, Active Global also provides subsidised Home Care Services (Interim Caregiver Service, Home Personal Care, Home Nursing, Home Medical, and Home Therapy), and operates three Active Ageing Care Hubs.
