Food Preparation & Kitchen Duties:
- Food and Drinks preparation in according to all quality standards, formulas and procedures;
- Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitization standards while preparing and serving foods;
- Carry out housekeeping tasks to maintain a high level of Cleanliness and Sanitary in all areas of the outlet to comply with Singapore Safety and Hygiene regulations;
- Assist to store and distribute ingredients;
Service Duties:
- Responsible for manning the outlet in accordance to operating hours;
- Provide excellent service to all diners through attending to their needs and requests in a timely manner;
- Place orders through the Point-of-Sales (POS) system and collect payment;
- Demonstrate knowledge on menus, making recommendations, answering queries and sharing additional information with diners;
- Confidently present the menu items and propose/upsell different food and beverage choice to our diners
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management relating to the service and cleanliness of the outlet.

- Strong team player who works well in a fast-paced workplace.
- Candidates who are successful must take a Basic Food Hygiene Course. The course will be sponsored by the company.
- Able to accept rotating shift.
- Must be fluent in either English or Chinese.
Working Location : Changi Airport
Working Hours: 3 Rotating Shift Duties - Morning: 7am to 3pm; Afternoon: 3pm to 11pm; Midnight: 11pm to 7am
