- Assist the project manager with day-to-day on-site monitoring, project implementation, and scheduling.
- Schedule, coordinate, implement, and manage projects—either in part or wholly—to ensure timely work progress and delivery of goods or services, while maintaining budgeted quality and cost.
- Ensure that work is carried out according to approved plans, regulations, and contract specifications.
- Be accountable for the safety and quality of the project.
- Conduct project progress meetings and review schedules.
- Manage the training of the project team.
- Liaise with consultants and subcontractors.
- Prepare method statements, proposals, test plans, acceptance plans, and timeline schedules in collaboration with the project manager, as required.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Ability to read AutoCAD and schematic drawings is preferable.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a degree in Project Management.
- Positive attitude, including being self-motivated, responsible, and taking ownership of work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Possess a Class 3 driving license.
