- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing for the mall.
- Conduct routine checks on building M&E services, including air-conditioning, BMS, electrical, sanitary & plumbing, building automation systems, fire protection systems, and carpark systems.
- Attend to enquiries and complaints regarding breakdowns and service requests from tenants.
- Manage and follow up on the progress of rectification works, reporting to the management team in a timely manner.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Facilities Management, Building Services, or M&E Operations in commercial buildings.
- Essential experience in mechanical or electrical engineering; familiarity with air-conditioning, BMS, and sanitary systems is an advantage.
- Willing to work at height and on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Nitec in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Management, or related disciplines.
