- Attending unscheduled/ breakdown maintenance: Automated logistic transfer system based on PLC control system; on ACHS & PCHS systems, Mobile transfer vehicles; ETV, TV etc.
- Preventative maintenance as per schedule
- Acquainted with safety practices and protocols as per MOM and client standard. Responsible for implementation of HSE practice at site.
- Lead in case of major break down, Supervises and instructs team in the maintenance, trouble shooting of automation systems, ACHS & PCHS systems, Mobile transfer vehicles; ETV, TV, Workstations; Motorized and non-motorized lanes, Weighing Scales, motor controls (PLC); automotive and mechanical equipment.
- Other Ad-hoc Duties when assigned.
- Diploma /Degree in Electrical or Electronics or Mechanical with minimum 5 years’ hands on experience logistic terminal or plant maintenance.
- Familiar with modern plant/cargo automation /instruments.
- Knowledge on Automated logistic transfer system based on PLC control system; on ACHS & PCHS systems, Mobile transfer vehicles; ETV, TV etc.
- Medium level knowledge on PLC control system (AB (Allen Bradley, RS Logic 5, Siemens, Mitsubishi), Control Panel, Weighing Scales, UPS system, battery Chargers.
- Medium knowledge on Limit Sensors all kind photo, Inductive, capacitive etc, solenoid Valve and Switches, on- Off valve, encoders etc.
- Familiar with modern plant/cargo automation /instruments.
- Medium level knowledge on mechanical equipment’s & piping works.
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems is an added advantage.
