Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance of mechanical or electrical installation and equipment
- Provide general assistanace in the maintenance of Company's plant, machinery, building and associated facilities
- Carry out routine inspection and servicing of the Company's mechanical and electrical installations, building and associated facilities, air-conditioning units, plumbing and sanitary systems, machinery and equipment
- Attends to request/ complaints from users and carries out minor repairs.
- Monitors and keeps daily records of reading on various meters, gauges, thermometers, pumps and other equipment and makes the necessary adjustments to correct any malfunction.
- Assist in the departments's scheduled servicing programme.
- Attend to outside contractors during major repairs or installation works and provides assistance as required.
- Perform any other related duties assigned by superior.
Requirements
- Higher NITEC in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Air-conditioning, Building services or equivalent.
- 1 year of relevant working experience
- Able to speak and write simple English.
