Join us as a Bartender in Artemis Grill. Because of this vital role, we are looking for someone who can:
- Greets guests and presents them with the menu.
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktail
- Prepare for daily operation and stock ingredients
- Achieve high quality of beverage products and services
- Engagement with customers to build a long term relationship
- Observes guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service.
- Promptly respond to guest with any additional request.
- Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items and fulfilling guests needs.
- Understands and can communicate products and services available.
You should have the following skills that we are looking for:
- A supportive personality along with positive attitude
- Minimum one (1) year of related experience
- Possesses problem solving, motivating and organization skills
- Passion to work in a dynamic environment
- A guest-first approach to hospitality
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the Restaurant, the brand and the Company
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
