Experience: 1 Year
- Set up and operate production machines, equipment, instrument in accordance with good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures;
- Monitor, calibrate and adjust production processes or machines, equipment, instrument for quality and productivity;
- Troubleshoot problems with machines, equipment, instrument or products;
- Developing, building, or testing prototypes or new products, processes, or procedures;
- Keep proper records, maintain and ensure serviceability of machines, equipment, instrument and tools;
- Initiate the design of Jigs & Fixtures to improve processes, quality and productivity;
- Assembly of wire harness and electromechanical parts;
- Review and study customer's specifications and technical drawings;
- Set up machines and create samples;
- Update sample making records;
- Assist in new product development and define production process flow;
- Create and maintain jigs and fixtures;
- Assembly of wire harness and electromechanical parts;
- Provide on-site installation and support to customers for Electromechanical and Electrical wiring systems
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.
- Must have prior technician experience
- 5 days work week
