*Completed (or willing to undertake) Food Safety Supervisor course
*Completed (or willing to undertake) Responsible Service of Alcohol course
*Completed (or willing to undertake) First Aid course
*Proven experience in a management role in the restaurant/hospitality industry for a minimum of at least 3 years.
*Good command of spoken and written English
* High-level people management and conflict resolution skills
*Personable and approachable disposition
*Ability to understand, interpret and explain operational and financial reports
*Ability to identify opportunities in sales and all areas of the P&L and work through the team to deliver actions to address these.
*Possess a good understanding of food safety concepts
*Willingness and ability to personally execute cooking tasks and food preparation procedures
*Able and willing to work in a fast-paced environment with an energetic and positive attitude.
*Must be a team player, proactive and friendly.
*Cheerful, outgoing, and willingness to learn.
*Assist to maintain a high level of customer service and general upkeep of restaurants.
