Job Description
  • Manage reservation/table management system
  • Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, emails, and other channels promptly
  • Greet customers upon arrival and attend to them promptly
  • Assign tables/seats for reservations or walk-in customers with the aim of maximizing restaurant capacity/turnover
  • Ensure the main entrance and reception area are clean and neat
  • Ensure workstation is operational and ready for business start
  • Assist other team members when needed
  • Perform other duties assigned by superior
 
 
 
 
 
Job Requirements
  • Preferably with 2 - 5 years of F&B experience
  • Good communication skills and a team player
  • Strong interpersonal and guest service skill
